Getting Started with Your Design
Our graphic designer must understand certain information about your design needs to ensure an optimal design. Within hours of submitting your design request, a representative will follow up with a call to gather details about your business, the project and your goals. We'll want to know more about your target market and how the printed piece we're preparing for you will be used.
Armed with this critical information, our graphic designers will get to work preparing your custom graphic design right away.
Initial Design Proof
We're known for producing excellent designs fast. Within 24 hours, you'll receive an initial design proof to review. We welcome your feedback, corrections or additions, if any, as good graphic design is a collaborative effort between the client and the designer. In the next step, we'll incorporate your revisions.
If you have no revisions, you can then skip to finalization of design and we'll prepare the artwork for printing.
Revisions
When you see the initial design proof, you may have additional ideas or spot new opportunities. Perhaps you'll want to see a different variation emphasizing one element over the others.
In this stage, you will provide us with all your feedback and we'll continue to work on your design according to your comments. It may take only one revision to produce the design that you feel is optimal, or it could take several. The most important point is that the final design represents your company well, and we're prepared to work with you to achieve that.
Please be as specific and thorough as possible in your feedback. Two revisions are included in your original design quote at no additional charge, and after that revisions are charged at our hourly design rate.
Finalization
When you are satisfied with your design and have approved it for printing, we'll prepare the files for output. If we receive your approval before 4:30 PM EST on a business day, we'll prepare your design for printing that same evening.
