Q. What does your direct mail pricing include?
A. Our economical direct mailing services provide you with all the elements needed to send your postcard to a specified list. That means all the following is included:
- Presorting and processing your mailing list (Additional charges if you are using more than one list.
- Purchase of a list also requires a fee if you are not using your own list)
- Verifying Addresses (CASS Certification)
- Deduping (to remove duplicates)
- Inkjet Addressing
- Bulk Mail Permit/Indicia
- Delivery To Post Office
Q. The costs of direct mailing seem quite involved. How do I determine my mailing services cost?
A. Prices for our direct mailing services are determined in part by how many postcards you will be mailing. See our direct mail pricing and find the range your order falls into. Then multiply your actual number of postcards to be mailed by the corresponding per-piece rate. Your final cost for direct mail services may actually be lower than anticipated once duplicate or invalid addresses are removed.
It's important to keep in mind that when you use Online Prints for direct mailing services, you will also save on postage costs. This savings often covers the direct mailing services fees, so you are saving time and energy - and getting professional services - for no further charges than if you had mailed the postcards yourself!
Q. My list isn't that big. What if I only want to mail 500 postcards or less?
A. We only handle mailing list sizes of 1,000 addresses and up at the moment. However, we can certainly help you augment your list to include more recipients. Consider this an opportunity to reach more prospects! The more you mail, the greater the savings on our direct mail services and your postal rates.
Q. How long will it take for my postcards to be mailed from the time I submit my order?
A. We will confirm everything with you for your approval once we receive your postcard printing and mailing order details. Then, our standard turnaround time from approval to preparation for mailing is 4 business days. Another 2 days are required for our direct mailing services to be completed and your postcards placed in the mail!
We also offer express turnaround, which will get your postcards ready for mailing one business day after you approve the order details.
Q. Will I receive an invoice for your mailing service fees?
A. Yes, we will email you an invoice whether you place your order through our website or contact us directly to start your order. Once we know the complete number of addresses to be mailed, the cost will be finalized and we will ask for your approval. We accept payment by major credit card, check or money order. Q. I've printed more postcards than will be mailed. Will I receive them back?
A. Yes, we will send you any cards left over from your mailing. The cost for shipping back to you will also be included on the invoice we send you.
